artists
in the family I was encouraged to pursue my artistic talents.
I studied fine arts at Sheridan College then continued my education

free
flow of the brush, at the same time harmonizing colours and layers
to
transform the painting into a life form of its own.
Sheila Berry

plaster casting, wood and any “convenient” resources.
A balance of humour and intensity are often depicted in her creations.

definitely an intriguing style.
Patti Waterfield

Pia Bouman School of Dance
Dispossessed (about 10 minutes)
Music:Maria Bonet del Mar
This compelling piece asks us to hear the unspoken to face what
we don't want to see,
The fabric of life shows the many gaping holes, as we busy ourselves
with shutting out the lamentable position of those without, those
who have lost all: heritage, land, identity and pride. We are asked
to look not as a casual passer-by but as one who is willing to take
ownership of the plight of the dispossesed.
Still-Time (about 8 - 10 minutes)

The Glad Yeah

Anti Hero
"A Sid Vicious sneer, Joan Jett's hellion attitude and the
abrasive allure of Veruca Salt radiate from the core of Anti-Hero.
Whip sharp vocals and fevered lyrics that yearn for that perfect
non-existent truth are pierced through a hybrid of pop, punk and
alternative elements. A dissection of the female aesthetic, exposure
of self-esteem issues and the final confrontation from a spilled
broken heart are unleashed in Anti-Hero's songs."
